There are moments when God invites you not just to hear about His work—but to step into it.
This June, our family has the opportunity to travel to Glasgow, Scotland to support a brand new church plant called Crossbridge Church—and we’d love for you to be part of it with us.
The Mission
Crossbridge Church is a new and growing church in the Bearsden area of Glasgow that began as a small Bible study and is now launching public worship services.
Their heartbeat is simple and powerful:
“Connecting Jesus to people, people to community, and community to joyful service.”
This church plant is part of a larger gospel movement through Mission to the World (MTW) and the Free Church of Scotland, working to establish new churches in one of the most secular regions in Europe.
Our friends, Nate and Erin Taylor, are leading this work—serving faithfully to see the gospel take root in Glasgow, a city where fewer than 2% of people attend church regularly.

What We’ll Be Doing
We’ve been invited to come alongside Crossbridge during an important season:
This is about more than a trip—it’s about strengthening a gospel foothold in a spiritually challenging context.
- Preaching two Sundays while Nate is on home ministry assignment
- Encouraging and strengthening a young church plant
- Supporting discipleship, leadership development, and outreach
- Simply being present—to serve, pray, and build up the body of Christ

Why This Matters

Scotland was once at the heart of the Reformation. Today, it is one of the most secular places in the world.
Church buildings remain—but many are empty.
Communities remain—but many are disconnected from the gospel.
And yet—God is still at work.
Through church plants like Crossbridge, the gospel is being proclaimed again—bringing hope, community, and new life in Christ.
We don’t go as tourists.
We go as partners in what God is doing.
